What should I expect in a second interview with a Mental Health Program? Does this mean i got the job?

I had my first interview on Thursday for a Mental Health Rehabilitation program. It is an excellent opportunity and i don't want to blow it. I was called that same day for a second interview on Monday ( they only interviewed candidates for 2 days). What are my chances of getting this job? Does a second interview mean i got the position?

1. The one who does the actual hiring may be interested in you an someone else. Just make sure you impress them on the second interview.
